Re-Enrollment is now open for the 2024-25, תשפ”ה year. To re-enroll, please follow the instructions below.

• Please go to www.factsmgt.com
• Select Family Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu
• Our District Code is: YK-PA
• Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
• After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu
• Click on the Enrollment/Re-Enrollment link
